Coverage Gap Discount Program Benefit Year Closeout Invoice Reports

As referenced in the CMS Memorandum titled “Coverage Gap Discount Program Benefit Year Closeout Invoice Reports”, the layouts for these new reports have been posted to the TPA Website under the “References” section.

 

The manufacturer related reports are the “Upheld Dispute Tracking Report”, “Manufacturer Reimbursement Detail Report” and the “Manufacturer Reimbursement Summary Report”. The sponsor related reports are the “Contract Reimbursement Detail Report” and the “Contract Reimbursement Summary Report”.  The Benefit Year Closeout Reports will be released on an annual basis beginning July 15, 2016.
